Best Full Day Park with Kids in Tokyo (it has a train and go karts!)

📍 Setagaya Park

A train ride, gorgeous flowers and shrubbery, hedge maze, (manual) go karts with traffic lights, “outdoors” play area with fire pits, wood saws, nails and hammers, mud play.

From Shibuya station, take bus 31 or 32 from the bus terminal near West Exit and it's about a 20 minute ride to right outside the park.
