How-To and Timeline
Order any custom product and receive your first digital proof within 10 days over email. Revisions are applied within 3 business days per round.

After you receive your proof email, you can either:

We offer 2 rounds of complimentary edits on each of your products via email. After that, we will charge a $5 fee for each additional round, so please be as specific as possible in your feedback.
2 proofs is enough!: ~95% of custom orders require just 0-1 round of edits. - Approve proof
If everything looks good, reply to the email with “approved” and the stamp will go into production!
After you give your approval, your product will go into production. You’ll get a shipping notification and your order will ship out within 10 business days after approval.

We don't make the product until you decide it's perfect! You'll get 2 rounds of complimentary design proofs over email.
Your custom product will be delivered to you within 2-4 weeks of placing your order depending on how fast you reply with approvals. If you need it by a certain date, please note in your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you order a customized product along with other ready-to-ship items, your complete order will ship together when your customized product is ready. If you need your ready-to-ship items first, please purchase them in a separate order.
We definitely want you to love your custom product! If after going back and forth on proofs and can't get the design to be something you love, we're happy to refund the order amount above $30 of a design fee.
