Our custom family portrait cards are a festive way to send cheer to your friends and family. They’re cute and unique, a perfect personalized touch to send some love through the mail! All I need is a family photo, a few quick details and I’ll get creative.

    Two size options: 
    4x6", standard postcard A6, or 4.25x"5.5" standard greeting card A2. Please note size request on your "Order Notes" at checkout.

    Background Pattern:
    Choose between 6 options: gingham forest, gingham cream, boba forest, boba cream, dots, or festive confetti.

    Characters:
    Base price includes 1-3 portraits of a person and/or a pet +$5 for an additional portrait. Add 1 accessory/ prop per 1 character, please describe object in "Order Notes" at checkout.

    Text:
    Cursive greeting options: "Merry Christmas" "Seasons Greetings" "Happy Holidays"
    Names are is limited to 20 characters (ie "Ron Bilius Weasly" or "Harry, Ron, and Hermione".) Try and be as specific as possible (ie "Capitalize first letters," "navy blue second line", etc)

    Stationery sets do not come with envelopes, but you can:
    -request a postcard back at no charge at "notes at checkout"
    -or add grey envelopes your stationery set

      Shipping starts at $1 for stickers/cards, standard shipping is $4. Free shipping on orders over $60. Refund policy is 30 days after purchase.

      How-To and Timeline

      Step 1: Receive Proof

      Order any custom product and receive your first digital proof within 10 days over email. Revisions are applied within 3 business days per round.

      Step 2: Approve Proof

      After you receive your proof email, you can either: 

      1. Request edits:
        We offer 2 rounds of complimentary edits on each of your products via email. After that, we will charge a $5 fee for each additional round, so please be as specific as possible in your feedback.
        2 proofs is enough!: ~95% of custom orders require just 0-1 round of edits.

      2. Approve proof
        If everything looks good, reply to the email with “approved” and the stamp will go into production!
      Step 3: Product Ships

      After you give your approval,  your product will go into production. You’ll get a shipping notification and your order will ship out within 10 business days after approval.

      Will I see the design before it's made?

      We don't make the product until you decide it's perfect! You'll get 2 rounds of complimentary design proofs over email.

      How long will the whole process take?

      Your custom product will be delivered to you within 2-4 weeks of placing your order depending on how fast you reply with approvals. If you need it by a certain date, please note in your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

      Will the rest of my order ship first?

      If you order a customized product along with other ready-to-ship items, your complete order will ship together when your customized product is ready. If you need your ready-to-ship items first, please purchase them in a separate order.

      What if I don't like the design?

      We definitely want you to love your custom product! If after going back and forth on proofs and can't get the design to be something you love, we're happy to refund the order amount above $30 of a design fee. 

      I need the product by a certain date.

      How do I get a reorder discount?
