custom product info & FAQ

HOW-TO AND TIMELINE
STEP 1: ORDER
Order any of our custom products. Don’t forget to upload a photo as reference if you ordered any portrait products!
*If I am backlogged with custom orders, your product may be pushed to the week after, which will be noted through an email to you within 48 hours of your order.
STEP 2: RECEIVE PROOF
The first digital proof will be emailed to you by the Thursday following your order*, and each round of feedback will be applied within 2 business days.
*If you purchase on Wed/Thurs, your proof will be sent to you the following Thursday (the week after).
STEP 3: APPROVE PROOF
After you receive your proof email, you can either:
We offer 2 rounds of complimentary edits on each of your products via email. After that, we will charge a $5 fee for each additional round, so please be as specific as possible in your feedback.
2 proofs is enough!: ~95% of custom orders require just 0-1 round of edits.
If everything looks good, reply to the email with “approved” and the stamp will go into production!
STEP 4: PRODUCT SHIPS
If your approval is emailed by Sunday evening, your custom product will go into production Monday and your order will be shipped out to you by Saturday of that same week. You’ll get a shipping notification and your order will arrive to you by mid-week the week following (US orders).
How long will the whole process take?
Your stamp will be delivered to you within 2-4 weeks of placing your order depending on which date you purchase your stamp and how fast you reply with approvals. Please see above timeline for specific timing.
Will the rest of my order ship first?
If you order a customized product along with other ready-to-ship items, your complete order will ship together when your customized product is ready. If you need your ready-to-ship items first, please purchase them in a separate order.
I need the product by a certain date.
Please see above timeline for timing of your custom product. To rush a custom product, please email us.
What if I don't like my design?
I definitely want you to love your custom stamp or stationery! If after going back and forth on proofs and can't get the design to be something you love, I'm happy to refund the order amount above $25 of a design fee.
Can I change the fonts?
Each product is carefully designed. For this reason, we do not recommend font replacements. However, if you'd like us to try another idea, please email us for custom requests, which will start at an addition $10 to customize.
What if my name is really long?
We recommend ordering these stamp designs, or shortening the stamp so it doesn’t take up the majority of the envelope. For example,
