Buyer beware

You will select the perfect gift to give someone then when you go to check out they will give you an option to get free shipping if you wait for a later delivery time. Then after you wait the prescribed time they will email you telling you that you need to place another order and pay shipping OR add $40 to get free shipping. I get it website glitches happen; notification needs to happen sooner. I cancelled my order.

As we mentioned privately, we're sorry our 'Hold My Order' was so confusing— we dropped many new products over a short amount of time, and we wanted to give our loyal customers a way to purchase everything they wanted without having to pay for shipping each time they placed an order.

We have many customers who were able to take advantage of this program, and we did everything in our power to make this clear (link at the shipping page, link on your order confirmation email, naming the shipping 'hold my order until 12/15', etc), however, we apologize that our process was potentially very confusing no matter how hard we tried to make it clear, which is why we offered option to completely cancel your order, which I'm glad you asked us to do!
